Familiarization period

  • Duration approx. 2 weeks
  • Training under the guidance of experienced colleagues

    REQUIREMENTS  

    1. Technical education – completed at least 6 semesters of studies in civil engineering (part-time students welcome)
    2. Availability min. 35 hours per week

    We will teach you everything that is important in our work, but if you already: You have experience in the design of reinforced concrete structures You have completed projects for the German market You are the perfect candidate for us!

    FIELD OF TASKS

    If you are a member of our team:
    – acquire practical know-how in the reinforcement of reinforced concrete components
    – learn how to model buildings in 3D and create formwork plans – gain a deep understanding of modern precast construction.
    – gain valuable experience working for clients in Western Europe
    – participate in large construction projects with international design teams
    – gain the necessary experience to obtain a building license
    – we are BIM-Ready
    – all our designs are planned in 3D!

Size of our company

We are one of the larger outsourcing companies. We produce more than 250 plans for reinforced concrete structures and up to 200 plans for precast elements every month, enabling us to support you with really large projects.

It is the foundation. We try to get to know each customer personally in order to discuss your expectations as well as possible. An efficient flow of information is essential for the project to run smoothly. That is why we communicate in German via any channel you choose.

We know that not everything is predictable, which is why we try to plan the workload of our teams so that we can always support our regular customers when they need it. We are usually able to start work within two weeks of receiving a request.
