I love nature: mountains, forests, the sea – where my wife and I recharge our batteries before taking on new challenges.
I am a graduate of the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Cracow University of Technology, specializing in civil engineering.
I started my career as a civil engineer on a construction site. The experience I gained on-site helped me with my current structural design.
I have worked at MR Statik Group since its foundation and now lead my own team specializing in reinforced concrete structures for the German market. My team has already completed over 50 projects ranging from large office complexes to small residential buildings.
My extra-professional interests lie in the field of pastry making. Creating masterpieces with my daughters gives me great pleasure and satisfaction.
I started my career on construction sites, where I had the opportunity to see with my own eyes get dirty and come into contact with monolithic constructions. I then developed further as an assistant in an architectural and civil engineering office.
These experiences were the prelude to working with the MR Statik Group team, where I have now been able to pursue my passion for construction for many years and exchange experiences with real professionals. One of my biggest professional challenges is managing a team of engineers specializing in reinforced concrete structures for the German-speaking market. I also enjoy passing on my knowledge to younger colleagues. That’s why I’m designing the training system for new employees at MR Statik Group. However, the establishment and development of our company’s branch in Rzeszów motivates and challenges me the most.
The most crucial diversion for me is music. After my youth at music school, playing the double bass and piano has become my hobby. After work, I like to listen to a good album or go to a concert. Apart from music, I seek extended periods of peace and relaxation on camping trips or sailing.
Ever since I can remember, I have been interested in DIY and creating new constructions, which already determined my choice of secondary school – the Technical Construction School in Jaslo – and then the University of Science and Technology AGH, specializing in civil engineering. Immediately after university, I started my adventure in structural engineering – it has been going on for over 15 years. My first job in a civil engineering office gave me invaluable experience with Tekla Structure, and I have been involved in many projects in Poland and Norway. And it was Tekla Structures that put me in touch with MR Statik Group, where I joined the structural steel team in June 2023.
Work-life balance is essential to me, so work doesn’t take up 100% of my time ;) I try to spend my time actively “after work, “including hiking, mountain running, and fitness activities.
I started my career as a civil engineer and gained valuable experience in managing and supervising construction projects. I later turned to residential construction, where I was able to develop my skills as a structural engineer further.
Thanks to the practical skills I acquired and the knowledge I gained during my studies, I joined the MR Statik Group, where I can realize my potential as a project manager. One of the most important aspects of my work is project management. I ensure that the projects are delivered on time and schedule, maintain constant contact with the customer, and coordinate the work of the project teams.
I greatly enjoy managing projects of various sizes throughout Germany and Austria. I always bring total commitment and determination to deliver the highest quality product to our customers.
Working as a project manager requires dedication and commitment, but I also remember to maintain my work-life balance. Exercise at the gym and yoga help me maintain my balance and relax after a hard day’s work while being in touch with nature helps me recharge my batteries and gain a new perspective.
After completing my Master’s degree in Civil Engineering at the Rzeszów University of Technology, I started my professional career at MR Statik Group, and our cooperation lasted for almost four years. During this time, I have been involved in preparing detailed documentation in Allplan, with precast elements being the central part of my work.
To optimize my work process, I took over the project manager position in 2022 and introduced Tekla Structures as a new software in the company. For the MR Statik Group, this was an essential step towards a complete BIM environment and a further development of the execution documentation for steel construction.
I currently lead a team of several draughtsmen with different levels of experience, and together, we develop our expertise in creating complete 3D models of buildings in cross-industry collaboration. The accuracy of the documentation produced then leads to an efficient construction process and sustainable use of resources, which gives me great satisfaction. The daily challenges we face and the relationships we build during this time motivate me to work with my team.
I am learning German in my spare time, and one of my goals is to communicate freely with our German-speaking clients and to clarify the finer points of the projects commissioned together.
Outside of work, I am interested in specialty coffees. This passion stayed with me after working in cafés during my studies. I enjoy traveling, visiting cafés in other countries, and developing my latte art skills at home. I also enjoy tending my small garden and reading books.
